BOOKING FEE POLICY & T&CS - Please note that there is a minimum of $30.00 Booking Fee is required to secure your Makeup Appointment. In the unlikely event that you can no longer make your booking please cancel at least 24hrs in advance. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you would prefer to pay for your entire Makeover fee we now have that option available to pay for your Makeover online in full instantly for your convenience!
Please note that if you are just paying the booking fee amount that it is deducted from the Final Payment on the day of the appointment and the booking fee is not in addition to your entire Makeover application Fee. The booking fee secures your appointment and ensures that no one else can take your Makeover Appointment. Please keep in mind that we have a waiting list for appointments and if you are unable to attend please let our team know as soon as possible by phone or instant message.
ALL APPOINTMENTS PRIOR TO 8:00AM HAVE A $20.00 SURCHARGE IN ADDITION TO YOUR MAKEOVER REMAINING FEE.
We take Makeup appointment Monday - Saturday outside of our Public Studio trading hours - If you are wanting an appointment outside of our trading hours we require the Makeup Appointment Fee in Full.
When Checking out your cart with your booking fee and or other goodies please include your FULL NAME, DIRECT PHONE NUMBER. This allows us to confirm your Makeup Appointment Promptly leading up to the day!
