Desire Eye Velvet is inspired by my favourite leafy crawler in my courtyard, my wisteria. Reflecting purple, this stunning Eye velvet is a gorgeous blue/red lavender purple. Pair with Iconic "loose glitter" for a statement glam 

Our eye velvets are formulated to wear on their own, as a topper or paired with a tacky base to adhere and get a high shine foil finish.
