Eliza believes strongly in products that apply with ease and loves how simply you can use this pigment for an amazing effect. Eliza recommends applying Emba straight to the eye after prepping the base with concealer using a fluffy brush for a soft blended effect or packing it on top of the Inglot 94 Gel Liner to create a bolder look!
